Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is a part of the Kompas.ai User Terms of Service and the Customer Terms of Service (together, the "Terms"). Any capitalized terms used in this Policy but not defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms.

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy is to outline the acceptable and unacceptable conduct when using our Services. In the event that we determine a deliberate or repeated violation of this policy, or if such violation poses a credible risk of harm to other users, our customers, the Services, or any third parties, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

We reserves the sole right to modify the policy and that users are obliged to follow updated terms to continue accessing services. It is your responsibility to review this Policy each time you intend to use our site to stay informed of any updates or changes.

By accessing or using the Services after the effective date of the revised Policy, you indicate your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new Policy, you must discontinue accessing or using the Services.

Your access to and use of the Services are conditional upon compliance with the Terms, this Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Please ensure that you:

Comply with all the User Terms of Service, including the terms stated in this Acceptable Use Policy.
Abide by all relevant laws and government regulations, including intellectual property, data protection, privacy, and export control laws. This also includes regulations set forth by government agencies such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as rules established by national and other securities exchanges.
Only upload and share Customer Data for which you possess all the necessary rights according to the law and contractual or fiduciary relationships. This includes proprietary and confidential information obtained or disclosed through employment or nondisclosure agreements. Moreover, you must do so in accordance with applicable laws.
Make commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Services.
Keep your passwords and all other login information confidential.
Monitor and control all activities carried out through your account in connection with the Services.
Promptly notify us if you discover or reasonably suspect any illegal or unauthorized activities or security breaches involving your accounts or teams. This includes instances of loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of usernames, passwords, or accounts.
Fully comply with all relevant terms of any third-party applications that you choose to integrate with the Services, including those accessed or subscribed to in connection with the Services.

You are prohibited from doing the following:

Using the Services if you are underage in your jurisdiction or if you are not fully capable and legally competent.
Engaging in any tortious, unlawful, or fraudulent activities through the Services or with the intention of committing such acts.
Infringing upon intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or data protection rights of any individual or entity.
Sharing your password or account information with others or facilitating unauthorized access to your account.
Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works based on the Services without proper authorization and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Utilizing the Services with any device, program, or service intended to bypass technological measures employed to control access or rights to copyrighted content.
Distributing, licensing, transferring, marketing, renting, leasing, or selling the Services or any derivative works thereof, either wholly or partially, without explicit permission.
Interfering or attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services, equipment, software, networks, or third-party use of the Services.
Circumventing any measures implemented to prevent or restrict access to the Services.
Incorporating the Services or any part thereof into any other program or product without explicit permission.
Using any automated functionality (e.g., scripts, robots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers) to collect information from or interact with the Services, unless expressly permitted.
Impersonating any individual or entity, creating false identities on the Service, or misrepresenting affiliation with any person, including giving the impression that content originates from the Services or Kompas.ai.
Using the Services for the following purposes:

Communicating, transferring, sharing, publishing, disseminating, or leaking any state secrets.
Bullying, insulting, intimidating, humiliating, or harassing others.
Engaging in activities that may harm children.
Creating a commercial offering or service that competes directly or indirectly with Kompas.ai or using the Services for the benefit of any person or entity that may result in such competition.
Obtaining contact details for the purpose of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or using such details for such purposes.

Uploading, transmitting, distributing, storing, or making available through the Services, including for content creation and streaming purposes, any of the following:

Data, software, files, or links that contain viruses, malicious code, or other harmful computer programs.
Unsolicited or unauthorized advertising materials, including spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other prohibited form of solicitation.
Sensitive private information of others without proper authorization, such as health information or credit card numbers.
Content that may result in a breach of contractual obligations, fiduciary duties, or confidentiality obligations, including for yourself or any other person.
Content that infringes upon copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights of any individual or entity.
Deceptive, defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, hateful, or inflammatory content.
Content promoting illegal, dangerous activities or self-harm, or providing instructions for such activities.
Content that advocates, incites, or assists in unlawful acts or acts of terrorism.
Content designed to provoke, harass, scare, distress, alarm, annoy, inconvenience, embarrass, or cause anxiety or upset to individuals.
Content promoting sexually explicit material, hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, religion, age, gender, disability, or sexuality.
Content that exploits or harms children, which includes, but is not limited to, images or depictions of child abuse, child sexual abuse, or any content that portrays children in a sexual manner.
Answers, responses, comments, opinions, analysis, or recommendations that you are not qualified or licensed to provide.
Content that is objectionable in the sole judgment of Kompas.ai, or content that restricts or inhibits others from using the Services, potentially exposing harm or liability to Kompas.ai, the Services, or its users.

Using Kompas.ai features in a manner that violates any Language Model Service Providers’ Policies, including their Content Policy; Sharing and Publication Policy; and Community Guidelines.

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in various consequences, including but not limited to account suspension or termination. Additionally, it is important to note that we reserve the right to take further action, including pursuing civil litigation or initiating criminal charges against users who engage in unlawful activities or violations that cause harm.

If you become aware of any security breaches or activities that would violate this Policy or the Terms, it is important to notify us promptly.
